WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
TheHushShop.com Ships all items as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. Shipping times kick in when your order item(s) have left our distribution centers. Please allow for up to 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped. We have both Canadian and US fulfillment centers to better serve you.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes TheHushShop.com does ship to Canada. We have a Canadian warehouse and some of our products are even made in Canada. We offer standard and express shipping to all Canadian addresses via Canada Post, CANPAR or Purolator. Canadian orders have NO duties applied, but standard Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes TheHushShop.com does ship to most International destinations. We ship via DHL, USPS/Canada Post and UPS. TheHushShop.com is not responsible for Duties, VAT or any other related charges that may be incurred when importing a product to your country. We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem as suspect or questionable.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping speed and carrier selection. We give our customers numerous shipping options including standard, express and overnight shipping. We use FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Canada Post and Purolator as shipping carriers.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes. You can return any items purchased on our site as long as they meet our return criteria:
- Items must be received within five (5) days following the reception/delivery of your order for a refund or 7-10 (seven to ten) days for a store credit.
- Item must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and packaging.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- There is a limit of $250 in acceptable returns -per order. If you are unsure if something will fit, we suggest you buy one item and then order additional items or style if it fit.
- Sale items are considered final sale. As a result, we will not accept returns on these items.
To proceed with your return request, you simply have to send an e-mail to support for a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number. Only returns with a valid RMA will be accepted.
We stand behind the quality of our products and in the event of a manufacturing or other error on our part, we will accept the return and we will assume the cost of returning the reduced item(s).
We reserve the right to apply a $4.00 restocking fee on certain returned items.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
