WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Ships all items as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. Shipping times kick in when your order item(s) have left our distribution centers. Please allow for up to 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped. We have both Canadian and US fulfillment centers to better serve you.



Yes! does ship to Canada. We have a Canadian warehouse and some of our products are even made in Canada. We offer free FedEx shipping for all orders over $99. Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse and have NO DUTIES applied.



Yes does ship to most international destinations. We generally ship all of our orders via FedEx, but we also use USPS/Canada Post and UPS. is not responsible for Duties, Taxes, VAT or any other 3rd party related charges that may be incurred when importing a product to your country. We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem as fraudulent, suspicious or questionable.



We offer free shipping for all orders over $99. For all orders below $99, we charge a flat $9.95 shipping fee, for USA (in the 48 Contiguous States, and Canada). International shipping costs depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping speed and carrier selection.  


Yes! You can return any items purchased on our site as long as they meet our return criteria:

    • Items must be received within five (7) days following the reception/delivery of your order for a refund or 10-15 (seven to ten) days for a store credit.
    • Item must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its tags and packaging.
    • Shipping is not refundable. 
    • There is a limit of $250 in acceptable returns -per order. If you are unsure if something will fit, we suggest you buy one item and then order additional items or style if it fits.
    • Sale items are considered final sale. As a result, we will not accept return requests on these items. 

To proceed with your return request, you simply submit your Refund Request by going to: and request for an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number. Only returns with a valid RMA will be accepted.

We reserve the right to apply a $2.00-4.00 restocking fee on certain returned items.

Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is at our discretion. 



Yes, to make an exchange you'll need to submit a return request (here) for the item you are returning and place a new order for the item you'd like. Make sure to send your old item(s) back to us for a full refund along with your RMA.
