WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
TheHushShop.com Ships all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. Shipping times kick in when your order item(s) have left our distribution centers. Please allow for up to 2-3 business days for processing at our distribution center before your order is shipped. We have both Canadian and US fulfillment centers to better serve you and we ship worldwide.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes! TheHushShop.com does ship to Canada. We have a Canadian warehouse and some of our products are even made in Canada. We offer free FedEx shipping for all orders over $99. Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse and have NO DUTIES applied.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes TheHushShop.com does ship to most international destinations. We generally ship all of our orders via FedEx, but we also use USPS/Canada Post and UPS. TheHushShop.com is not responsible for Duties, Taxes, VAT or any other 3rd party related charges that may be incurred when importing a product to your country. Orders returned to us for having unpaid VAT/Duties or Taxes will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem as fraudulent or suspicious.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $99. For all orders below $99, we charge a flat $8.95 shipping fee, for USA (in the 48 Contiguous States, and Canada). International shipping costs depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping speed and carrier selection.
CAN I RETURN or EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes! We can provide prepaid return labels for your convenience or you can purchase your own and return any items purchased on our site as long as they meet our return criteria:
- Items must be received within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the reception/delivery of your order for a refund, or exchange (if available)
- All Item must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its original tags and packaging.
- Shipping, Duties, Insurance, Gift Wrapping and other carrier or 3rd party charges are not refundable.
- There is a limit of $250 in acceptable returns /per order or a total of 4 items, whichever comes first. If you are unsure if something will fit, we suggest you buy one item/size and then order any additional items or style once you are happy with the fit.
- All “SALE” items are considered final sale. As a result, we will not accept return requests on these items.
To proceed with your return request, you simply submit your Refund Request by going to: https://thehushshop.com/a/return and proceed with your return request for an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number. Only returns with a valid RMA will be accepted.
We stand behind the quality of our products and in the event of a manufacturing or other error on our part, we will accept the return and we will assume the cost of returning the reduced item(s).
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of $ 3.50 on returned items.
Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is at our discretion.
